Feeling positively about yourself and your relationships are vital cornerstones to a fulfilling life. When we act on our strengths, we begin to grow, and make positive changes. Some people come into counseling to work on a specific problem, reaction, or behavior; Others wish to explore and become more aware of their thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
No two people are the same, as a practical and interactive therapist, we can work together to create a plan that is unique to your individual needs, change patterns that no longer work for you, and reveal your strengths to begin the path of being who you truly are.
Increased insight and understanding can lead to growth and change, and a better relationship with your loved ones. Therapy with Roxanna is a safe and nurturing place for you to talk and meet your challenges, with consistent support so you can work towards your personal goals.
